HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP AN ORDER?

5-9 Business days shipping, overall time 8-16 business days (United States)

International orders

7-14 Business days shipping, overall time 10-21 business days (Europe)
7-21 Business days shipping, overall time 10-30 business days (Australia & International)

ARE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or not, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at walyaccess@gmail.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 14 Des Bouleaux, Victoriaville, Qc, G6P 2G5.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we don't accept returns on clearance items.
